This is a fantastic opportunity to come and be a part the Iconic Edinburgh Maybury Casino. Located on Maybury South, near the Gyle Shopping Centre, the Maybury Casino is an Iconic Art Deco Building and is looking for someone who is flexible and skilled to help keep it looking fantastic

May be for someone who wants a quiet
morning role, full or part time. General upkeep of building, raising jobs for our local engineers for issues we cannot resolve in house & being available for our buildings deliveries.

As you will know Grosvenor is a leading operator of Casinos in the UK and our venues offer amazing great-value food, drink and Gaming offers.

Our maintenance team takes great pride in ensuring that their Casino looks and feels sharp They bring to the role fantastic teamwork, excellent technical skills and clear understanding of reactive and proactive building maintenance in delivering a safe and welcoming environment for customers and fellow colleagues alike.

You will;

Acknowledge, welcome and assist customers in all areas
Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions
Collaborate and work as part of the hosting and wider casino team
Prompt upkeep of the building, facilities and all Rank assets
Reporting, fixing and escalating all equipment and building issues
Can create, implement and deliver a preventative maintenance program for the club in discussion with the management
Carry out all necessary daily, weekly and monthly inspections and checks; liaise with any local authorities and Rank health and safety managers as required
Encourage a culture of preservation, protection and safety in the club at all times

Qualifications

Experience of maintaining a premises or maintenance skills
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Good observation skills

Additional Information
We are looking for the below, but s stated, can be flexible

7am~3pm or 8am~4pm if Full time, excluding weekends
