What will you be doing as the Events Coordinator?

Taking briefs from clients
Researching potential venues and destinations based on the clients' brief
Negotiating contracts and rates for bookings
Preparing client proposals
Assisting in all aspects of event management including researching destinations, flight coordination, preparing invitations, attending and assisting onsite when required
Attending destinations and venues to assess and improve product knowledge

What do you need in order to be the next Events Coordinator?

A genuine interest in the events industry.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A full driver's license and the ability to travel both UKwide and internationally.
