Description
To support the Head of Records Management to deliver an effective Records Management service for the Trust;
To manage and administer the Information Asset Register and Retention and Destruction Schedule;

To develop and deliver Records Management related training packages for the Trust.

To support the organisation with development of Directorate and Divisional SharePoint sites.


The post holder is required to communicate and liaise with directorates, divisions and stakeholders, to produce work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and Public Health Wales policies.

This is a key role to ensure the effective support of the team, which includes coordinating and preparing work, ensuring consistency with the agreed work plan, preparing monthly / quarterly reports, providing high level support to specific work areas and undertaking specific tasks.

The post holder will act as the contact point for a range of internal and external people in relation to Records Management.

They will provide expertise identifying best practice and making recommendations for local implementation.
