Our client is arguably the one of the leading companies within this competitive sector and this is an exceptional opportunity for an established field manager/senior single site store manager to join this well respected organisation.

ROLE
In a nutshell your key responsibility is to deliver sales, profit and develop you teams of people.

As an Area Manager you will have great leadership qualities and you will be critical in providing inspiration and motivation for your team.

Working within corporateguidelines you will develop and implement the operational strategy for your region.

With a large management team you will ensure you build effective succession planning, understand the team dynamics and really play to peoples strengths getting the most outof your team, whilst also supporting their areas of development.

They are looking for people who are inspirational, who are results focused and commercial in all their activities.

PERSON

Currently an Area Manager you will have a strong track record of delivering results in a retail or hospitality environment.

This will have been achieved by your relentless focus on customer service, driving sales and profit and loss focus. You must be ableto also demonstrate a history of people development while ensuring effective use of your resources.

You must be hands on and down to earth, bright and commercial and reflect those qualities of a true leader.
