Barnes Roffe Recruitment has partnered with a forward thinking company who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team - someone who is experienced in customer services.


Duties include:


  • Communicating with clients and delivering advice on the company's products
  • Work with products specifications and documentation
  • To provide management information and reports
  • Assisting the business to maintain accurate and uptodate product information for all ranges

Experience required:


  • Ability to work in a fastpaced role
  • Able to communicate internally and externally and deliver information confidently
  • Be articulate and able to multitask
  • Strong organisation and writing skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
