We are representing a leading international real estate consultancy who are seeking a driven Senior Associate / Director to lead their ESG team in London.

In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the development and implementation of their ESG strategy, working closely with various stakeholders to drive sustainable initiatives across the organisation and their clients' real estate projects.


The key responsibilities for this role:

  • Lead the ESG team & be responsible for the division.
  • Delivering specialist advice to reduce energy and carbon use in the built environment.
  • Developing product offering.
  • Modelling a range of building types using IES VE with the goal of energy optimisation and decarbonisation.
  • Capable of advising clients and project leaders on the technical and economic performance of a range of low carbon energy, sustainable measures, technologies and holistic solutions for the built environment.
  • Providing professional work to clients including but not limited to; Nondomestic EPC's, MEES reports, ADL2A Dynamic simulation and SBEM calculations.
  • Stay up to speed in all relevant regulation and educate both our internal teams and our clients on the requirements for current and future legislation
  • Demonstrate Business Development and Client Care.

  • Support colleagues in relation to the delivery of ESG built environment solutions.
  • Assisting with coordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other responsibilities from time to time as may be reasonably required.

Experience, Qualification & Skills Required:


  • Previous experience in a commercial property environment preferable.
  • An in depthknowledge of IES or similar software.
  • Good understanding of the National Calculation Methodology.
  • Qualified level 3 or 4 non domestic energy assessor. Level 5 preferable.
  • A good understanding of mechanical design.
  • Is interested in a Sustainable Built Environment.
  • Demonstrates a wider understanding of complex sustainability problems associated with a range of built environment issues and identify appropriate solutions through sound sustainability principles.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Driving licence essential.
  • Required to have the ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
  • Must be enthusiastic proactive and selfmotivated.
  • Must have great verbal and numerical skills and good written skills.
  • Requires effective time management and general organisation skills.
  • Is required to be flexible and have the ability to work in a timesensitive situation.
  • Have a positive attitude.

Salary:
£80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
