Description

F/T Permanent Optical Assistant/Receptionist required for Lisburn.

Job Purpose

To assist in the operation of the store to achieve sales targets, profitability whilst working effectively individually as well as part of a team and ensuring delivery of an excellent customer service.

Essential criteria

MUST be customer focused with excellent communication skills.
Experience meeting & exceeding targets
Previous experience within an Opticians would be desirable
Computer literate
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Good observer who can pick up buying signals and aim towards a sale

Hours of work:
Monday - Saturday (5 days) may be required to work a late evening, Tuesday OR Thursday.

Salary:
£21,840 - £22,880 (DOE) + individual bonus
