Commutable from Bridlington, Scarborough, Malton, Beverley and surrounding areas.


As a Quality Assistant, your responsibilities will include;

  • Analysing samples inline with the correct test parameters and ensuring results are compliant to specification.
  • Accurately reporting results and reporting trends
  • Complete onsite environmental testing within correct timeframes and parameters
  • Complete daily finished product samples
  • Complete incoming packaging checks
  • Complete and report findings of daily GMP and Hygiene audits

I am keen to see your CV if you are have;

  • Experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment
  • Strong background in Food Safety, Risk Assessment, process control and quality management systems
  • Knowledge of HACCP level 3 desirable
  • Experience of BRCGS standards and customer codes of practise
  • High level of computer literacy
