If you love Sales/Retentions and are a highly driven results orientated individual this could be the perfect role for you.
The working hours are between Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6.30pm and every other Saturday per month working 10am to 4pm on a rotational shift pattern.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for customers that are looking to renew or cancel their subscription via both inbound & outbound calling.
Your role is going to be focused on resolving customer issues and offering them a suitable solution moving forward whilst also upselling additonal products & services alongside the benefits of staying with the business.
We need people who are energetic and committed to the role. Someone who can really give the customer the service that they need. Previous retention experience or sales experience is beneficial but not essential at all as training will be givenExperience:
- Telesales or Retentions experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Exceptional communication and resilience
- Ensure high volume of customer queries regarding retentions and renewals are turned around
- Proactively contact existing customers via phone with updates on their enquiry.
