Traffic Marshal

Start Date: 3rd Jan 2023

Duration: 12+ months

Location:
BN2 5BE

Hours: 8-10 hours a day

Rate:
£14 per hour

Your duties will include:

Maintaining security and surveillance onsite.
Recording deliveries and managing visitor log book.
Conducting visitor safety briefings and ensuring that the correct PPE is worn.
Ensuring that drivers and workers adhere to health and safety regulations onsite.
Facilitating the movement of heavy vehicles onsite.
Maintaining communications with the site office and heavy vehicle drivers.
Ensuring the safe movement of vehicles into and out of the construction site.
Preserving pedestrian and traffic routes outside of the site entrance.
Directing road traffic when vehicles enter or exit the site.
Responding to applicable ad hoc requests.
Be prepared to work as site labourer when required.

Requirements for the job role:

Valid CSCS qualification
DBS Check Essential
Valid traffic marshal ticket
First Aid
Good knowledge of state health and safety regulations.
Proven work experience as a traffic marshall.
