We have an exciting opportunity for a Proactive Customer Insight Advisor to join our Development Services Continuous Improvement Team on a permanent basis


What you'll be doing:


In this role you'll engage with our Developer customers, gaining insight by carrying out outbound calls and also managing customer SMS responses.

You'll support and manage the customers journey by resolving all queries raised through case management, ensuring first time resolution.


A key part of this role is to use internal systems to track Developer Services Measurement of Experience (DMeX) responses along with customer insight in a timely and accurate manner.

You'll also be responsible for conducting like for like OFWAT DMeX surveys.
