Description

The Finance Assistant's role will be varied, typical duties of the role include: processing purchase orders, performing bank and payroll reconciliations, as well as invoice processing and filing.

Description

  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
  • Recording and filing cash transactions
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt
  • Invoice processing and filing
  • Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

Profile

  • Experience of processing supplier invoices and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Worked with Lattice not required but very helpful
  • The ability to build and sustain highquality relationships with your colleagues and suppliers
  • Good numeracy skills and excellent written skills
  • Confident selfstarter
  • Payroll experience desirable
