The Finance Assistant's role will be varied, typical duties of the role include: processing purchase orders, performing bank and payroll reconciliations, as well as invoice processing and filing.

Description
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Recording and filing cash transactions
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Invoice processing and filing
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve
- Bank reconciliation
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Profile
- Experience of processing supplier invoices and supplier statement reconciliations
- Worked with Lattice not required but very helpful
- The ability to build and sustain highquality relationships with your colleagues and suppliers
- Good numeracy skills and excellent written skills
- Confident selfstarter
- Payroll experience desirable
