Description

We are currently looking for a works coordinator for our busy client in Shaftesbury on a full time permanent basis.


Main Duties & responsibilities:


  • To coordinate repair calls, planned works orders and engineers ensuring that deadlines are met and that customer service standards are met at all times.
  • To ensure all appointments are made with the clients and that engineers have full working schedules.
  • To ensure appointments are booked for the relevantly skilled engineer for the correct job, making sure everything they need to carry out the works is available (materials, access information)
  • To check the paperwork that is generated by the jobs and ensure that any outstanding paperwork is chased before the job is closed down.
  • To answer the department telephones in a timely manner and take messages when necessary for other members of staff.

Essential competencies:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent ability to organize and prioritise workload effectively to meet targets.

  • Customer Focused.

Hours:

  • 8am 5pm / 8.30am 5.30pm
