Description
Contract management plays a significant part of this role, working with the service provider, making certain that they reach the high standards needed to fulfil the contract.
This means that the post holder will need to be comfortable with both compliance and financial reporting on a regular basis to the Board and other stakeholders.
This role requires an established senior leader with a strategic level background in either university accommodation, PBSA or university accommodation partnerships.
