Staff365 has a great opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to be a part of a growing and leading manufacturing business in Sheffield S9.


Salary: 25k


Hours: 8am to 5pm


Contract:
Permanent


Location:
Sheffield S9


Duties of the Purchasing Administrator as follows:
Process orders, quotes and communicate with supplier

Liaising with suppliers to chase orders

Placing orders

Processing invoices

Prepare department purchasing analysis and reports for directors

Creation of new suppliers on the system end to end

Monitor goods returns and chase credits ensure they are received

Deal with occasional customer complaints

Stock control

Criteria

Confident and professional telephone manner

Excellent Microsoft IT Skills

Knowledge of SAGE - desirable

Previous admin experience

Previous purchasing experience - desirable
