2fawcett are recruiting for an exciting new role based in Birmingham
This role is more than just buying, you'd be dealing with many aspects of the business, able to completely make it your own
Duties of the role:
- Maintaining and improving databases
- Building relationships with suppliers to place and negotiate orders
- Communicate with customs to ensure the import and export process runs smoothly
- Liaise with customers and engineering teams to ensure time schedules are kept
- Organise testing, Certification and any other compliance documentation required by law
- Organise manuals, compliant labeling and training for the projects
- Book flights and hotels for the engineering teams
- Monitor the commercial aspects of projects and stock to improve profits
Requirements for the role:
- Good organisational skills
- Time management skills
- Experience with Sage software is desired
- Import/export experience is desirable
