Harris Lord are proud to be supporting our client, once again, with their expansion plans by partnering to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for their site in South Wales.


You will be working within a wider team to ensure that manufacturing operations are kept as efficient and as productive as possible.

This will involve pre-planned maintenance as well as attending to reactive breakdowns.


Key responsibilities:

  • Follow all company policies with regards to Health & Safety
  • Daily checks to ensure that all machinery is working in optical condition
  • Perform PPM and reaactive repairs when required
  • Check machine performance and carry out repairs and adjustments where needed
  • Manage routine equipment repairs for systems such as clean water, clean steam, vacuum pump, emergancy generators, HVAC, lighting and clean dry air
  • Carry out fault diagnosis in a timely fashion to ensure mínimal downtime and product loss
  • Prioritise and allocate work schedules when required
  • Follow all SOP's and complete any and all documentation needed
  • Be involved in site expansion plans
  • Manage safety testing of electrical items and maintain PAT testing register


We are looking for an experienced engineer with both electrical and mechanical experience who can work autonomously while being part of a wider maintenance team.

GMP exposure would be highly beneficial but experience within a regulated environment is required.

This position will be on a three shift rotation basis, days, afternoons and nights.
