We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Card & Loans Service Advisor


In this role, you will:

  • Service all customer products including updates and maintenance for existing accounts and services featuring more complex activities.
  • Amend or cancel customer accounts based on the customer confirmation or instructions from the authorities
  • Verification and screening of new customers
  • Respond to third party and customer specific information requests including audit checks and returns forwarded when required
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Have a background in administrative roles
  • Experience in Loan services
  • Worked within a targeted operational environment
  • Strong understanding of audit trails and reporting
  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Worked with M&SM products, processes and procedures
