This role is based at our Bristol site (those looking for a post based in Weston are also encouraged to apply).

Following the training period, you will benefit from hybrid working, with two days per week in the office and three days of remote working.


This is a key role in the Talent Acquisition Team which collectively strives to proactively deliver an effective, quality and customer-focused recruitment service which is reactive to the changing needs of the Trust as a whole.


The post-holder will champion the Trust's Values and an inclusive consistent recruitment culture, empowering stakeholders and divisional partners to think differently and with long term talent acquisition delivery and learnings in mind.


  • Highly organised with excellent endtoend knowledge of the full recruitment process and best practice (ideally within an NHS setting and using Trac).
  • Excellent with attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads and prioritise
  • Innovative in their approach to recruitment advertising strategies, campaign planning and measurement
  • Experienced in using various interview formats (assessment centres, open days, remote interviews, etc.)
  • Able to quickly forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • A people person with a passion for recruitment events and careers days, meeting people and providing helpful advice.
