We are currently seeking to recruit a Regional Installations Controller

Your main responsibility as our Regional Installations Controller will be responsible for scheduling all installations work in a designated region.**

What are we looking for in our Regional Installations Controller?

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Effective communicator and excellent customer service skills
  • A team player but has the ability to use their initiative and effectively manage their workload.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment depending on the situation.
  • Proficient IT skills, specifically in Microsoft and Excel.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.

What does the Regional Installations Controller actually do?

  • Responsible for managing and arranging installations appointments with customers.
  • Scheduling of works to ensure maximum productivity and minimum driving.
  • Maintaining and updating the scheduling system.
  • Handling of customer work queries / complaints to a satisfactory resolution and / or escalating to the relevant level.
  • Finding suitable replacement jobs for all fall out or no access jobs within 30 minutes of notification.
  • Ensuring contract and franchisee jobs are booked in line with the procedures in place and target dates are met.
  • Ensuring that clients or customers' information are safe and secured.
  • Ensure an acceptable understanding of engineer H&S requirements and accommodate this when booking in work.
  • Maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and respect, ensuring all data is handled in line with data protection and used for a specific, business related purpose only
