Not only do we provide building & estate management services for developments of all sizes, but we also cover all aspects of sales & lettings across the UK, servicing overseas clients too. Our HQ is based in Birmingham city centre which houses many of our frontline teams as well as our support functions including marketing, finance and people.

We are now looking for a Prop-Tech Consultant to join our team on a permanent, fulltime basis.
So, who are we looking for?
With highly developed IT skills, you'll possess the passion to drive improvements and promote the adoption of proptech across our organisation.
You'll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to engage with a range of teams.
And what will you be doing?
As our Prop-Tech Consultant, you will support the adoption of property technology to improve our business systems and solidify our position as market leaders in the property sector.
Enhancing the efficiency of our current systems and our core platform QUBE, you'll promote the use of clever automation and smart assessment management.
You'll be responsible for the daytoday ownership of our systems' core functionalities and drive a programme of continuous improvements that complement our evolving business processes.
Additionally, you'll train and develop a team that relies upon these systems, supporting their success and as a result, the success of Centrick.
