The Role

Are you a keen problem solver who enjoys delivering great customer service? If so, we've an exciting opportunity for a people-focussed individual to join us as a Retirement Living Officer on a 12 hour per week, temporary basis for 4 months, with the possibility of going permanent down the line.

This position is based at one of our Mutual Retirement Living Schemes, Millview, based in Oxfordshire.

Please note, full training will be provided for this role.


As a Retirement Living Officer, you'll:

  • Deliver excellent housing management related customer service across different tenure types (mutual and leasehold)
  • reviewing the service delivery to ensure compliance to our housing management procedures.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction, by developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers, interacting with them regularly to ensure key messages are delivered and their needs are understood.
  • Carry out building safety checks to ensure that our schemes are safe, secure and thriving communities.
  • Experience of working with customers in Housing management context / residential setting; or, experience in a fastpaced customer service / relations role
  • Knowledge and experience of managing compliance including building safety, safeguarding, fire safety and health and safety.
