We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.


Reckitt is a world leading consumer health & hygiene organisation and includes some iconic household name brands across its portfolio, including Durex, Finish, Strepsils, Dettol, Vanish, Enfamil, Nurofen and Gaviscon.


Since 2010, Zenith has been one of Reckitt's global media agencies of record and our relationship spans global and local in-market assignments.


Globally our assignment covers advanced digital consultancy, including digital buying, eRetail and Commerce Media, technology, ad operations, Google Marketing Platform reseller services and multiple industry first initiatives aimed at delivering on the client's 2025 vision and beyond.

We are also responsible for managing the global commercial engagement with Reckitt and are the lead agency for Publicis Groupe's overall services to Reckitt, including the Epsilon Customer Data Platform.

Locally, our in-market assignments span across the entire media landscape including TV, Print, Digital, Commerce and New

  • Age Platforms for the client's key markets including the US, UK, Australia, Germany and numerous other market

Job Description:


The digital hub lead is responsible for our activation relationship with Reckitt, working directly with senior client stakeholders and managing a large implementation team.

The lead will develop the right service, implement best processes, manage a large team and ensure high client satisfaction.


Reckitt is a marquee Publicis Media account and a client with high expectations, demanding excellence, innovation and first class thinking.

This role is an opportunity to work with one of the most successful FMCG businesses of the last 15 years and partner with the client to deliver the world's best digital marketing program.


Team/Department Profile:

The Digital activation team is 40 members strong across London, India and Latam.

The team handles digital activation for primary markets, and we work closely with local and global client leads to deliver on digital goals across multiple brands in the Reckitt portfolio.

We cover performance, upper funnel activity and commerce activities to deliver maximum digital engagement for Reckitt and drive their productivity levers.

We are a critical part of Reckitt's digital ecosystem and are seamlessly integrated into their overall operations.

The hub implements plans developed by Reckitt's local agencies and inhouse planning team across search, social, programmatic, direct and commerce buys with a total 2023 budget of £80million.

The team is centrally managed from London but books activity across the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and other markets.


Responsibilities:

Overall leadership of the Digital Hub activation team.

This role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Client Owner
  • Lead a strong, trusted and valued relationship with client
  • Central point of contact for all Digital Activation requirements
  • Manage weekly and monthly management reviews and lead QBR's
  • Identify platform innovations, partnership opportunities, training and upskilling opportunities aimed at maximising end goals
  • Partner with client teams to develop platform strategy, productivity levers and ways of working
  • Integrated digital activation
  • Oversee all Digital activation led via the team based in London and Digital Hubs in Latam and India with the end goal to drive operational excellence
  • Manage, Review & reimagine current process, systems and tools to deliver sharper and quicker delivery
  • Manage a group of digital activation directors and managers across Social, Search and Programmatic
  • Manage platform reconciliations and assist timely finance operations
  • Business Management & Revenue Growth
  • Accurately track current revenue and build forecasts, with a profitability outlook
  • Identify business growth opportunities for digital solutions, tools & partnerships currently available within the Publicis ecosystem and can effectively deliver on Reckitt's digital vision
  • Develop blueprint
