About the Team

The Finance Team play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of the airport and are involved in all key decisions made.

The Finance team prepare all financial information and analysis for our shareholders, stakeholders, lenders and regulatory compliance purposes.

The team also invoice and collect cash from all of the airport's customers and procure good and services from the airport's suppliers, also making sure they are paid on time.

What you'll be doing

An internship with the Finance Team will give you an insight into the operations of an airport Finance Department and the breadth of areas in which we help support the business.

On a day-to-day basis you will be working mainly with the Finance Team's transactional team ensuring:

Customers pay their invoices on time
Suppliers are paid on time
Help understand process and understand the data we receive
Involvement in the airport's main 2023 project to upgrade / replace its Finance systems
Adhoc project work as required.

The internship will be set up to give exposure to as many members of the team as possible. The plan will also be to get our intern out and about, not just sitting in an office
