The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Regulatory Policy Specialist to join our growing Regulatory Services & Oversight team.

In this role you will be responsible for monitoring the introduction of new regulations from relevant regulators/bodies and identify how it would impact Diligenta.

You will also have the opportunity to play an advisory and influencing role to ensure that Diligenta and the services it provides its customers are compliant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are looking to work in a dynamic role where you will be regularly exposed to senior management.

You'll be:

Supporting Operations in the maintenance of Training and Competence (T&C) Policy and oversight of the business in its adherence to the T&C Scheme
Providing specialist technical guidance and expertise on regulatory and legislative matters to senior management and operational business managers
Supporting the delivery of the annual Compliance Plan for Diligenta and its clients
Providing support as required to bid activity.
Are a specialist technical knowledge in one or more regulated area (ideally FCA)
Have the ability to analyse and evaluate complex regulatory material and propose appropriate actions/solutions to ensure compliance is maintained
Possess good knowledge of FCA rules and regulations and a thorough knowledge of regulatory development and consultative process
Are a credible influencer of management, able to propose and implement compliance solutions with the required level of personal impact
Have the ability to recognise compliance implications of business initiatives, but has commercial awareness and can add value to a proposed solution
