Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility


Responsibilities:


  • Developing an expert knowledge of market needs and business drivers.
  • By customer and geographic segment, construct effective end to end value propositions that will differentiate NCR from the competition.
  • Effectively articulate value propositions through marketing programs, sales training, and through industry publications and experts
  • Support the creation of demand creation programs which recognize value drivers and NCR's strengths and weaknesses against competition.
  • Engage in and/or drive business development opportunities to develop comprehensive business plans and recommendations of action.
  • Support the development and execution of NCR Atleos' Marketing Strategy to support our shift to an ATMaaS organization.
  • Perform ongoing Segment Analysis and Review
  • Support the development of Marketing Plans to support Solution Deliverables
  • Support and manage document creation and uploading to internal resources Seismic.
  • Participates and support Marketing Managers in setting marketing requirements for products/services /product line/solution releases and launch.
  • In conjunction with Product Management/Marketing develop competitive intelligence materials.
  • Identify and support the creation of customer case studies & references.
  • Participates in setting marketing requirements and market sizing for products/services /product line/solution.
  • Participation, preparation, and delivery of customer facing engagements in our Dundee Customer Experience Centre.
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 23 years' experience in Product Marketing, preferably within the Financial Services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work with associates in a cross functional work environment.
  • Proficient user of all Microsoft Systems (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to influence others
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Creative flare (writing and deign skills)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with marketing sizing tasks)
Preferred Qualifications

Financial self-service and retail banking experience would be preferable. Proven record in building and successfully implementing marketing, project plans and/or programs


Confidence, presentation and negotiation skills needed to interact effectively with senior management, key customers and partners in both selling and problem-resolution scenarios.

Knowledge of product management process, deliverables, and tools

Competence in influencing through effective communication
