Opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join a well established and long running business based in Stoke. The role will pay a salary up to £26,000 depending on experience.

Page Personnel are working with a highly successful Financial Services business, with a friendly and vibrant workforce. They are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team.

Description

Payroll Specialist responsibilities include:

Processing starters and leavers
Making salary adjustments, statutory payments and deductions where appropriate
Processing P45's, starters declarations and P60's
Assisting with p11d calculations
Amending personal details
Processing overtime payments
Reviewing and reconciling the payroll to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time
Ensuring that actions associated with payroll are compliant with legislation and company policy
Adhoc duties as required

Profile

Previous experience working within Payroll
Required
Good working knowledge of PAYE rules & pensions
Required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Required
High attention to detail
Required
Strong administrative, organisational and timemanagement skills
Required
Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
Required
Able to work well alone or as part of a team
Required
