Lettings Negotiator - Newcastle
Exciting new Lettings Negotiator role to join a very busy estate agent in the centre of Newcastle. They see tenants and landlords as equal and pride themselves of the highest level of customer service

Duties

Manage applicant/client database, diary and lead generation
Carry out viewings, canvassing and assist with listing of properties
Deliver client feedback, negotiating with clients for the best outcome
Agree lets, assisting with the progression to move in
Support sales team and Branch Manager
Participate in new initiatives that will lead to improvements in performance, processes and systems
Meet business and income targets
Assist in increasing and developing business and income levels across lettings
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidance

You

Previous experience working as a Letting Negotiator
Hold a full, clean UK driving license
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Benefits

Up to £20,000 basic salary
Team commission structure (approx. £2k per year)
Pool car available
23 days annual leave plus bank holidays which increases with length of service

Monday

Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm
Every other Saturday, 10:00am 2:00pm lieu time gained (get 2 hours per week back, which totals the 4 hours worked every other Saturday)
