Description

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a telehandler to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites
  • Safely load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
  • Transport materials to designated areas using the telehandler
  • Perform routine maintenance on the telehandler to ensure its proper functioning
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the telehandler
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate material movements and ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience operating a telehandler or similar heavy equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on the telehandler
  • Excellent handeye coordination and spatial awareness
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 1 month


Salary:
£19.00-£20.07 per hour
