Customer Service Administrator


Salary:
£20,000 - £25,000 plus excellent benefits


Hours: 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Location:
Birmingham - parking provided


Description:


Due to increased workload, a successful and expanding property company in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to work alongside their team of busy Property Managers to assist in the delivery of high-quality management servicesto properties in their portfolio.

Excellent customer service and a professional manner is required at all times.


Key Duties:


  • Performing a range of duties to support the property managers with the smooth running of a portfolio of properties
  • Building a strong rapport with residents and staff on site, as well as clients
  • Supporting customers by answering their queries promptly and professionally through excellent communication at all times
  • Liaise as necessary with contractors to oversee planned, reactive, and remedial maintenance services through to completion across your developments
  • Keeping residents updated with progress on works completed
  • Effectively work with contractors and supply partners to deliver high quality services and good value for money for customers
  • Ensuring insurance claims are efficiently administered
  • Maintaining correct customer records and outstanding actions are monitored
  • Providing administrative support to Property Managers to ensure all aspects of compliance and health & safety are adhered to in accordance with statutory requirements across your portfolio
  • Associated administration

Key Skills/Experience Required:


  • Confident and enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in using MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a similar industry would be a strong advantage


This is an excellent role for a Customer Service Administrator to work in a customer focused role within a busy team.

In return you will receive between £20,000 - £25,000 plus 25 days holiday, medical cover and parking.
