'The Vault Nightclub' is based in the Centre of Bournemouth set inside an old, refurbished bank vault with 3 unique function rooms on different levels, drawing in customers from a wide area.

The _unique _
venue is for mainly late night evening entertainment with weekly UK Head Liners/ In House Events and Private Room Hire facilities, for any occasion.

Lead Street Promoter Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Events Venue Street Promoter, with proven leadership promoter experience. To work and build your own street promoter team, working alongside Bournemouth's most thriving events venue, The Vault Nightclub. We host the most
demanded artists in the UK.

As our Lead Promoter, you will oversee the street promoters and you and your team will be the face of The Vault, bringing in new customers weekly.

Liaising with Directors and Club Manager to meet targets and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Full control of PR and recruiting reps.
• Organise and coordinate weekly street promotions.
• Build your Street Promoter team/reps.

Requirements and skills

• Experienced street promotor.
• Handson experience in Nightclub Industry street promotion.
• Solid understanding of Nightclub industry is desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of staff members is desirable.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type:
Part time - Commission based - Online ticket link commission.

Hours to be negotiated.

Weekends and some late nights are a must due to the nature of the business.

Commission based.


Supplemental pay types:
Accommodation + Performance bonus.
