Hours per week; 37.5 hours 8 month Fixed Term Contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join the multi-disciplinary cardiovascular rehabilitation team on an 8 month fixed term contract.

The team delivers a multi modal approach with individualised programmes of care developed with the patients and their families.

The post would be suited to someone who is currently working within the exercise sector but wishes to move into an exercise role within the NHS or an individual who has recently completed a course in exercise.

Training and support will be given.
