Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Trusts Performance Team in the role of Performance Assurance Business Partner.

This is a diverse and challenging role that provides support to our Trust services to achieve national and local performance targets against the ongoing challenge of recovering from the recent pandemic.

The post holder will act as a critical friend, seeking out best practice and illustrating metrics to highlight areas that can be amended to continuously improve performance and in turn patient experience.

The key areas of focus for this role are RTT (Referral to Treatment) and Community Services.

The post holder will have/develop an in-depth expert knowledge of these key areas and be able to provide expert guidance on them.

Supporting the development of a culture of continuous improvement in pathway management and data quality across Divisions.
