JOB PURPOSE The role is responsible to follow thelife cycle of wholesale orders from order entry to delivery of products to wholesale accounts.

This role requires frequent communication with wholesale partners and Burberry internal stakeholders and involves team work and partnership with many teams withinthe organisation.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, performing various tasks to support on time and accurate fulfilment of the Burberry products.

The customer operations team is responsible for optimising the availability of products to Burberrystores and wholesale customers by leveraging its unique position within supply chain to connect central and regional functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Account Management

  • Responsible for managing wholesale accounts across several countries in the EMEIA region
  • Participate in communication of shortages, vendor delays and retimings etc to the region/customers. PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Very good to advanced Excel skills in order to produce reports and interpret large amounts of data
  • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Understanding of order lifecycle activities, shipping and credit processes
  • Good knowledge of managing orders in SAP (AFS)
  • Understanding of logistic and warehouse operations
  • Previous experienceworking with international customers is preferable
