Duties:

You will be responsible for:

Building Windows and Mac laptops for employees and contractors
Undertaking Access Management tasks
Supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware
Assisting with user software issues
Ensuring correct security and compliance standards are being followed across all R3 IT assets
Supporting Cyber Essential Plus (CE+), ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance initiatives
Suggesting improvements to existing processes

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

37.5 hours per week,

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
