Duties:

You will be responsible for:


  • Building Windows and Mac laptops for employees and contractors
  • Undertaking Access Management tasks
  • Supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware
  • Assisting with user software issues
  • Ensuring correct security and compliance standards are being followed across all R3 IT assets
  • Supporting Cyber Essential Plus (CE+), ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance initiatives
  • Suggesting improvements to existing processes

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

37.5 hours per week,

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
