SK11 (£31,266 per annum)

o complete the inspection, administration and organising of works associated with the reletting of void properties.

To work as part of a small team of officers and tradesmen and to include regular liaison with other sections within Housing.

To ensure that the Councils property and estates are maintained in a safe condition which minimizes risk to the Council as Landlord.
