Avanti recruitment is currently partnering with an established finance company based in Cheadle who create products to support families so that they can become more financially secure.

They have software at the heart of their business and are now lookingfor a Senior.
NET Developer to join one of their squads who are spearheading a complete re-write of their core internal system.

This role is remote first with office visits once every two weeks.

The Job

You will be joining a full agile engineering team made up of different teams and squads that include, BA's, QA's, UX Designers, Front-End & Back-End Software Engineers.

You will be joining a new team of experienced developers to start a massive rewrite oftheir main system which will be built with modern technologies and designed with automation in mind.

This role is predominantly back-end focused. You will be working with.
NET 6, SQL Server, Microservices Architecture, Azure services, Blazor server side, andDAPR to support cloud-native and serverless computing.

They are looking for a senior developer to create high-quality, scalable, and well-documented code by following modern agile processes. You will be driving architecture and will have a massive impact on technical decisions.

The CTO is an avid lover of technology himself and is keen to help his development team to stay current with all the latest technologies.

He's created a fantastic environment for the developers and has put aside time for the team to take time out duringworking hours to focus on developing their own projects.

There is plenty of training opportunities available, including paid Microsoft courses and certifications including the Microsoft AZ-204 certification.

Offices

Although this is a remote-first position, my client is happy for you to attend the office as much as you would like.

They have really nice modern offices just 7 miles south of Manchester in Cheadle with free parking and good transport links.
