My client who is based in the centre of Southampton is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis.

Description
As the Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

Answering incoming calls
Responding to queries
Advising customers regarding next steps
Being a friendly voice at the end of the phone

Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:

Have previously worked in customer service, whether this be in a call centre, retail or hospitality for example
Have great communication skills both written and verbally
Be willing to commit to a temporary contract with the possibility of going permanent down the line
