Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Founded in 2017, my client is a specialist technology recruitment firm with three brands covering Cyber Security, Salesforce, and Netsuite & ERP.

In the last 6 years they have grown into a team of 50 across London, Dusseldorf, New York, and Scottsdale.

My client works in some of the youngest technology markets, giving the opportunity for their consultants to have a monopoly in these markets.

You will be joining at an exciting time in their growth plans, as they look to increase headcount across their current locations and open more offices in mainland Europe and the Middle East.

Location:
EC3R, City of London

Salary:
£25K basic, uncapped commission (OTE year 1 £55K)

Responsibilities:

Engaging with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities
Aligning the diaries of both parties to secure interviews
Retrieving and delivering feedback following interviews
Negotiating salaries

This is a sales role, meaning you will be working towards targets and earning commission through successful placements.
