Role Description
The Marketing Partnerships department is responsible for commercial brand partnerships across the Live Nation family.

Our digital programmes, capabilities and expert execution are a renowned and vital element that make Live Nation a leader in our industry,and in the wider sponsorship landscape.

The position of Digital Manager is an integral delivery position within this successful and high performing team.


Reporting into the Senior Manager, the post holder is responsible for working across the entire lifecycle of campaigns - from responding to client briefs with media solutions to successfully delivering and optimising campaigns.

The role requires a detailedknowledge of digital marketing and an expert understanding of social media strategy and performance. Must have proven experience of seamlessly delivering complex campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Proven, demonstrable experience in digital campaign delivery
  • Extensive knowledge of Meta platform, media planning and digital media
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in collecting and analysing delivery metrics
  • Have great written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and hit multiple deadlines consistently, keeping projects on track and pushing them continuously forward
  • Ability to plan and anticipate problems, along with understanding how best to address them
  • A track record of taking command and ownership of situations and projects
  • Client facing knowhow

What the role includes

  • Client facing role, ensuring partners are always onboard and excited
  • Create crossplatform media plans, and status sheets to ensure key metrics are successfully delivered
  • Create timelines for internal and external usage to ensure campaign deadlines are always hit and each project is appropriately budgeted
  • Lead on execution of digital rights within contract, working closely with festival marketing teams to deliver ensuring each team play their part and adhere to contractual rights
  • Manage and deliver programs by coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple digital platforms, that span across marketing teams
  • Collect and analyse key delivery metrics across multiple sources to track progress against delivery commitments ensuring delivery is on track and stays within allocated budgets
  • Collaborate with internal media services team to ensure that the overall client objective is correctly addressed through paid campaigns
  • Project manage creative asset creative with internal marketing teams and external content agencies to produce outstanding cobranded content, to agreed timelines
  • Create storytellingled reports across brand partners throughout the year in formats best for purpose dependent on partnership/campaign
  • Conduct meetings with marketing teams to understand their marketing plans and excourgae collaboration of partner ideation and programming
