experienced Credit Controller to join their growing business.

This role is on a full-time, permanent basis located in
Birmingham.

The business is ever-growing with a clear sight of where they want to be in the coming years.

It is truly an exciting time to be joining them and you will join as a Credit Controller focusing on accounts in the UK market.

Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

Contacting customers to follow up on late payments and resolve payment issues
Be responsible for your own designated area/post codes
Monitor customer payment patters

- release or hold orders in accordance with Credit Control procedures

Enter incidents requiring credit onto their DC1 system
Continually monitor and manage customer credit ratings
Monitor and control late payments and escalate Assistant Sales Ledger Manager to take the appropriate action

You will need:

At least 3 years' experience working in Credit Control
Proven track record of working in a busy office environment
Experience of posting and reconciling payments
Good level of Excel
Experience of B2B Credit Control
