The main purpose of the role is to ensure the Partners and Financial Advisers have a single point of contact throughout their time in Establishment.


What you'll be doing:


  • Proactively ensuring Partners and Advisers have the information they require at every step in their journey.
  • Handling administrative requests from Partners and Advisers in Establishment.
  • Forming and owning operational relationships with a group of Partners and Advisers throughout their time in Establishment
  • Coordinating with other teams including Onboarding, Training and Support & Operations to ensure Partners have a seamless experience.
  • Providing tailored, operational and administrative support to Partners and Advisers regarding any operational issue or request they may have.

Who we're looking for:


  • Ability to manage a busy inbox and different demanding priorities.
  • Ability to use systems and technology to maintain oversight of multiple workflows.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • A willingness to work as a team and to help the wider Division during busy periods.

Special Requirements:

Occasional travel or overnight stays may be required to attend workshops or support events.
