£650-£700 Per Day

Outside IR35

Hybrid Role - 1 / 2 days on site - Edinburgh

I'm currently working with a fantastic client that are looking for a new
Contract Head of Development to lead a team to project deadlines.

As
Head of Development, you will be leading the
Software Development team, overseeing the technical direction of projects whilst working with Technical Leads, Software Leads, Senior Developers, and QA's to coordinate technicalinitiatives and drive the project forward.

My Client is looking for a
Head of Development to manage multiple development activities within the
Fintech industry for a major transformation project, due for delivery in 2023.

This globally renowned company is a long standingclient of ours, with a turnover of £2B last year and set to exceed this in 2023; they are looking for a
Head of Development to make an impact for the team.


Key Skills:

  • Leading a team of fullstack software engineers.
  • Driving capability in a delivery focused environment
  • Project management
  • Mitigate risk Skills
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (ideally development background but not essential)
  • Strong modern practices experience
  • Manage in a fast paced, multiple streams of work environment
  • Strong Software Development skills
