A unique opportunity has come available to join our Manchester Primary team and develop further with our Leadership Pathway.


We are ideally looking for someone who has previously worked as a successful Recruitment Consultant (Any Sector) and has experience either coaching or mentoring other team members.


We are very fortunate to work within an extremely buoyant sector that offers job stability, so if your ambition is to have a long-term recruitment career, then this could be the right opportunity for you.


You'll also receive ongoing training and coaching from our in-house trainer and your team of colleagues will always be on hand to guide you.

Our Package:


Realistic earnings:
Basic Salary Dependent on Experience

Year 1 - £38,000 - £45,000

Year 2 - £60,000

OTE - Based on salary, bonus and commission combined

The hours:

Monday to Friday

  • Term time shifts 7:30 am 4 pm or 8:30 am 5.30 pm
  • School holiday 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9 am to 1 pm at full pay

Deal breakers:

The role is office-based
