Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Customer Service Representative Our client require a new member to add to their team.

You will have experience in providing a first class service and be used to looking after key accounts.

The role is very varied and duties will include:

Receiving orders from customers and processing

Liaising with production and stores to ensure goods are available

Arranging logistics for delivery

Updating customers every step of the way, informing them of any issues or delays that may arise

Dealing with issues and rectifying them in a professional and satisfactory manner

Full time hours Monday to Friday

Immediate start if possible

Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
