Order Processor (Full Time/Permanent)

Salary:
£25,500 - £27,000 per year, dependent on experience + Additional Benefits


Hours:42.5 per week


Key Purpose of Role:


In this role you will be responsible for placing orders via supplier's online portals for windows, doors, glass and other products.

This role reports to our senior order processor and full technical and product training will be given.


The Person/Skills required:


  • You must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Be able to work within a fastpaced team to meet customer's order dates
  • Ability to prioritise and organise orders with suppliers to match production schedules
  • Have the skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers & customers
  • Ability to work independently but still be part of a team
  • Outgoing, forward thinking, and adaptable

Essential Skills & Experience:


  • Minimum of GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Excellent IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Experience in orderentry to databases and ordering portals
  • Experience of managing data through a database and / or Microsoft excel

Desirable Skills & Experience:


  • Experience in the technical aspects of uPVC and composite products
  • Experience of Supply Chain management of Construction Materials
