This is an exciting opportunity to be working with the leadership team.Our client are a global firm who can offer flexible and hybrid working with only 2 days in the office required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management.
- Travel arrangements.
- Coordinating internal and client meetings (in person and online).
- Coordinating lunches, dinners, entertainment events and booking external events.
- Producing documents reports, pitches, presentations and letters.
- Assisting other secretaries
Technical skills needed:
- Good IT knowledge
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook diaries.
- Quick on the uptake to learn specific systems such as travel booking tools, timesheets, job filing, room booking etc.
Characteristics and Mentality:
- The ability to stay calm under pressure is essential
- Excellent organisational skills, juggling numerous tasks at once
- The ability to priorities changing deadlines and be flexible
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Being an engaging, enthusiastic and confident individual
- A quick learner that understands where they fit into the scheme of things
