This is an exciting opportunity to be working with the leadership team.

Our client are a global firm who can offer flexible and hybrid working with only 2 days in the office required.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary management.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating internal and client meetings (in person and online).
  • Coordinating lunches, dinners, entertainment events and booking external events.
  • Producing documents reports, pitches, presentations and letters.
  • Assisting other secretaries

Technical skills needed:

  • Good IT knowledge
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook diaries.
  • Quick on the uptake to learn specific systems such as travel booking tools, timesheets, job filing, room booking etc.

Characteristics and Mentality:

  • The ability to stay calm under pressure is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills, juggling numerous tasks at once
  • The ability to priorities changing deadlines and be flexible
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Being an engaging, enthusiastic and confident individual
  • A quick learner that understands where they fit into the scheme of things
