Tradewind are currently working alongside a mainstream secondary in and around the Birmingham area.

We are actively seeking Teaching Assistants to become integral members of our team and make a profound impact on the lives of students.

Your Role:

Offer oneonone or group support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.
General help within the classroom
Collaborate with classroom teachers to execute Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Cultivate a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Foster positive relationships with students to improve their emotional wellbeing.
Aid students in their academic and personal development.

Your Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience working with children possessing SEN or SEMH needs is obligatory.
A heartfelt passion for nurturing the educational and emotional growth of students.
Willingness to procure an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service if not presently held.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
References spanning the past 2 years of employment.
