Tradewind are currently working alongside a mainstream secondary in and around the Birmingham area.
We are actively seeking Teaching Assistants to become integral members of our team and make a profound impact on the lives of students.
Your Role:
- Offer oneonone or group support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.
- General help within the classroom
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to execute Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Cultivate a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students to improve their emotional wellbeing.
- Aid students in their academic and personal development.

Your Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children possessing SEN or SEMH needs is obligatory.

- Willingness to procure an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service if not presently held.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- References spanning the past 2 years of employment.
