Pensions Administrator - Investments
In your role as a Pension Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Team leaders, Technical Executives & Account Managers in the day-to-day operation of the pension schemes.
You will not be required to advise people relating to their pension scheme but it will be necessary to have a combination of interpersonal skills and financial knowledge.
Your functions will include:
- Answering Telephone
- Handling conventional pension scheme investments including esoteric investments.
- LEI Registration and renewal
- Updating the back office systems with information and ensuring accuracy of all records and files.
- Liaising with banks, insurance companies, investment providers, solicitors, other professional services and HMRC for investment registration, changing signatories, obtaining valuations etc.
- Filing HMRCSA970's to reclaim tax paid on investment income
- paying cheques into the bank
- preparing new business packs
Your role will largely be administrative and supportive in nature. You will need excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
