Our client is currently looking for a Day Concierge to join the team at a luxury residential building in Central London.

Shift pattern is 4 on, 4 off, 7am-7pm.

Salary:
£25-26,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 7am to 7pm

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the reception area as well as all communal areas of the building.
Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works onsite.
Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
Assisting residents with day to day queries.
Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
Issuing building fobs and parking permits.

Experience working in luxury residential buildings would be ideal however experience working in 4/5* hotels or other luxury hospitality environments would also be desirable.
